I’m always searching for someone to talk to.
This work, in the present day where ‘new’ becomes ‘old’ and ‘old’ transforms again into ‘new,’ is an attempt to continuously discuss the past tradition, present, and future, and is my small cry, longing for a coexisting life where we stay and live together.
The conversations shared within <Co-existence> are like disputes between moonlight and dawn. Within the argument, there are moments to reflect and to look ahead. And I move forward.
This project carries out with ‘serendipity,’ ‘improvisation,’ and ‘circularity,’ through staying and departing in each space. Ultimately, the experience, time, and space that I and the audience share are the key and values of the artwork.
The ‘time’ and ‘experiences’ that accumulate each day give me a huge inspiration for my work. And I want to become someone who delivers certain experiences.
<Co-existence> also offers unique experiences of gaining blessings from sounds and actions hoping for health and happiness, reflecting on the past, seeing the present, and anticipating the future, I hope the experiences, like where you felt you’ve seen the whole movie through music that you’ve never heard before, come as new to you.
